Activity Conversion Sheet

We have created an activity conversion chart for you to easily convert any activity to "miles".

This tool comes in handy for those of you that don't do distance related activity. Some examples of non-distance activity that can be converted to "miles" toward your goal are: lifting weights, gardening, playing a sport, and more!

Any activity counts.. This tool will help you convert the activity to trackable miles toward your goal.
