I've tried to claim my medal, but I haven't received a reply. Has anyone received their medal or a response from claiming the medal?

Hello again! We've updated the website with a few new features. One, there is now a printable activity tracker sheet. You can print it out, and use it to track your activity. Use it in conjunction with our activity conversion sheet and you will be able to quickly track activity and convert to miles for your challenge. You can find it under the "tools" tab on the main menu. Next, there is a "Medal Request" page with a submission form under the "tools" tab as well. Once you complete your challenge, you can now use this form to request your medal instead of sending an email. (You can still send an email too) More updates coming soon!
