The details of the suit have not been released, however, the firm involved is accepting calls from consultants that are looking to pursue an action. Rosemary Rivas from Levi & Korsinski, LLP- the same attorney handling the defective legging consumer lawsuit and Mark Godino of Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP- both firms with deep roots and experience in MLM class action litigation are investigating claims from consultants that feel they may have been wronged by the company.
