Rumor Has It

Rumor from a trusted source tonight says that LuLaRoe has requested information be gathered on various GOOB and Multi sales groups on Facebook. Specifically, any group that uses the LLR name, any variation of, logo, or any program that requires a form of payment to participate in a sale. The source claims that this request may be why the sudden influx of interest from higher ups and corporate types- trying to gain entry into these groups under the guise that they want to gather feedback from disgruntled consultants and customers. They also stipulate that their information provides that changing the group name or policies of payment to participate at this juncture is futile, as the information they require has already been provided to LLR. The source states that LLR may seek legal remedy for copyright infringement for the profit from running groups such as these that use the LLR protected logo, names, etc. No further information was provided.
