It is not a verbatim transcript. * * * * * Speaker: We start in just a couple of seconds. We're just getting everyone on first. DeAnne: Hello everyone! Another new week. Uh-oh. [Choppy audio.] DeAnne: It's echoing really bad. Who was that? Who was in their car? Speaker: Everyone is muted. DeAnne: There's someone that was driving. Oh my gosh I can see you guys all! We have 7 pages. But you've gotta see your own face. Welcome welcome. You're awesome and amazing. We've got some great plans. We like the Monday morning meeting because great minds think alike. We've worked on ways to improve things. But that's after convention. I's interesting Patrick said he was waltzing through the stores, and he says, I can't believe winter has already stopped! I can hear somebody, I don't know who is not muted. Somebody is in a car. I can hear you if you're in a car. Is that you Natalie? I go over a couple of things to let you know some great things happening. We have 10 days left! Whatever, you count. But I'm all stressed out, in a good way. Numbers are getting higher as far as registration for the convention. You guys are doing a great job. I taught the queue call and there where 700 people on the call. These people are interested in building their business. If you want to improve your business and stop thinking about who leads the business, that's because you haven't figured out who you want to bring in. People say Sw then Sw and what's next? If you want new blood, getting people in the queue, eyeable that leaves, you've got to find 2-3 people. If you're not doing it, your people aren't doing it. Why am I still signing up people? To show you this business is still thriving and growing! We just went for a weekend and nowhere was wearing LuLaRoe. There are so many places where it's not saturated. Get out of your stinking city if you have to! I drove 10 hours to Utah and did 10 parties in that time period. Katie Bolter gave up her whole business. They spent their first year and a half or three years building the business. If they had relied on the city, they would've been sunk. She had to open things open to people, and they started to compete. They are part of the American dream too. I'm watching Kimber get around the road. She's just singing that song, and she packed up the kids and she went to be a creator in her business. People need to see you out there! My thoughts are, we could wear our cute outfits! Look at this one. This is a Julia. It matches perfectly! This was in my own stash. You have to be present, you have to be excited. Some of you have commented about different things. I am listening. Out concentrate on what said good. What you concentrate on is what you care about. Focus on the new stars, the ones who are making it. I said, when I was doing training, saying, if you are not reaching to get better then your business will not grow. I want to to tell you that if you want your business to flat line, stop growing it. Does that make sense? You have to be present and open it up just like you did in the first year in this business. In the first year you were on fire. I guarantee none of you haven't signed up anyone new over the last 30 days. Watch your people and get out there and hustle. DeAnne, this one friend told me, she never had to do a 72 hour game plan. Then she had to do it. And she said it was out of her comfort zone. She was boy oh boy was that humbling for me. I had to be out there and be present and let people know what I had to offer. I loved that. That's awesome. A couple of ideas. Noticing the bad people not in front of the computers. I see empty computers. I don't see some of the people. What's the point? Where are you people? Seriously, if I don't see your face I'm going to delete you from this conversation. Kristy, sit in front of your computer. I don't have time for this crap. Let's start deleting. I've got important stuff to say but if they're not here, I won't waste my time. Okay, sit down, if I don't see you. Seriously, I don't have time for this. I don't see this person either. Why am I having to do this? This is BS. I don't have time for this. Let's start deleting them. If they don't have the time, I won't make time for them. Okay, Sarah, I want you to share what you texted today. It was amazing. Speaker: Sure, we had our three year this week. We did a big online event for our customers. During this whole time, our whole team had been showing them our deals. We had some negativity going on in the team group. We don't usually have that kind of atmosphere. We decided we would have this event. We wouldn't let it get us down. We noticed some comments where, I've only been able to sell 20 items, I can't sell 30. Some people said, just wait until fall, it will get better. If they're not working their business, they're not going to get it. If they want the sales, they can go after them. We sold a bunch of Patrick Ts and fall outfits. That shows there are sales. We set our goal to cruise, because if we set our goal low, that's a self-fulfilling prophecy. DeAnne: That is exactly the way it goes. Speaker: At the dealership, we would hire guys in the winter for the slow season. It would be December and they sold a boat. They were asked, how did you do that? They weren't told it isn't impossible. That's what's great a new people. We try to remember that as a team. DeAnne: I totally agree. It's a mindset. I want to hear from Jennifer. Was it surreal for you to talk about D23? We did the D23 expo last week. Is this really where LuLaRoe is going? I knew it, out I had to step out of the booth because I started to cry. I realized that LuLaRoe was amazing. There were thousands. It's the Comecon of Disney. It's so exciting. Adults are dressed in their favorite Disney costume. They where all so excited about everything. How did you think about it? Did you get that same feeling? I had no idea, she said, how big LuLaRoe was to have this contact with this iconic company. Speaker: I did a small training for my team to ask how many people knew about LuLaRoe? I said, you guys need to get off your computer and get to your communities. Some people don't do Facebook, but their wife or sister needs this. To be part of something so big was unbelievable. People were so excited by the quality. Every other question was, Hey, are you giving out more leggings? Because I have to have one of these! We are here to stay, but we have to get our teams offline. You can't reach a lot people by hanging out on facebook. DeAnne: We must squash the negativity and saturate the positivity. We are going to go international soon. It's our job as LuLaRoe leaders to reach out and say, how can I make it right with you? Believe I feel that gap of negativity is getting smaller and smaller. It's getting to a place where, if you're not present you are going to miss out. Once we go international, that's going to be a game changer. But we want to plant the seeds right now. We must be sales based only if you go into international. You guys think we're all, not you, but some people think we're nuts, because we switch you from ordering. You want to lead a team and make money. A couple of business things. There will be people. Some incognito editors that will come from televisions and everything. I'm asking you that we reach out to the trainers, mentors to be our ambassadors and our edifiers of this company. I rely on you and your trainers to lift the spirit there. When we travel we find no one saying anything negative at all. There are going to be editors or writers who or there listening. So tell your team, we only talk about the good. We are seeking solutions and answers to make our businesses better. “There are people leaving the company. They have been dishonest. You are all amazing. Your checks are growing. I can see your tenacity.” Now, shifting gears. Let's talk about convention. Dress professional. There's a very limited amount of items for supply because we got stuck with a lot of stuff last year. Guess what, some people complain, but we pay for this all up front, and we don't want it all the time. But we understand you and love you. We want you to have some, but it's the luck of the draw. The golly event is a black tie affair. You will need a tie and suit jacket. If you show up without those you will be turned away. This is a very nice event. Take pride in what you are doing. Please wear head to toe LuLaRoe. You don't want to offend the design team. You get paid enough to wear LuLaRoe. We are going to reach out to all of you. There are 600 people who have cruise qualified. We have you and the mentors hand out the lays. You get them lined up on your arm and you give one to someone and yell, hey, you're going on the cruise! These are fresh lays and they are beautiful flowers. If you see a need, fill it. If you don't come to the golly event, you must get your necklace. So get yourself to the golly event. That's where we hand out mentor bracelets too. This is your one and only time to shine. Tell your team you love them, but you come to the gala event. You are there with your peers. Your team time is 364 days of the year, not this one day where you are recognized and honored and get awarded. There is a special giveaway at the beach. Don't spread this to your team. This is why you get to go on the coach's call. The night of the beach party we give something away. They get a ticket when they register. If you're people come and you've got a lot of newbies, some people in the queue, if they don't get their ticket, when they pick up their packet on Friday, they'll get their ticket. This is where they go pick up their Komono. It's in three sizes only. It used to be just small and large. But now there are 3 sizes. Remember, teach your people gratitude. This is a gift. This is not entitled. You are not given it because you came. This is a gift I decided to give to you because I am a nice person. If anybody comes to me and bitches about it, I'm going to be insane. If you don't get the right size, place an order. With that being said, I love you all. I've raised a lot of kids. But I think you're amazing. I'm having a nervous breakdown about this but it's going to be a great time. Any questions? Thanks to all of you. Misty, what did you think of D22? You've got to hear this stuff. This is a game changer in your business. Misty and then Lilly. Misty: It was shocking. I saw Katy before, but to be there and see the prints and the line waiting before you got there! It was nuts. The fact people came back to ask more questions, to see when we're going to see new prints. This was humbling. There were so many people who have not heard of LuLaRoe. Just, sharing that with them, how to find one of us, it was such a special day. I want to go again in two years. We were there working the booth the entire time, because people were asking so many questions. DeAnne: I was there with them and it was so interesting. They took a drawing and that's how they chose them. Lily: It was such an honor to be there. It was incredible to hear from people who have never even heard of LuLaRoe. They were impressed even by just the flooring. They asked where they could buy these great pieces of clothing. We told them to look for a consultant on a map. Get your teams ready for that. People were so impressed. I chatted with people who waited for hours for a chance at free leggings. They were so happy. DeAnne: That's so awesome. They weren't there to pass out cards, no, they were there for you. People waited in line all the way out of the convention center, and it was a two hour wait line. I know there were other people. Alright you guys. Any other questions? Everybody is there to lift our people. Help with seating. Don't wait to be asked. Don't leave spaces. I don't want any empty spaces. We need every space to be filled. So ask people to move down, move down please. Get people going. I am going to provide coffee in the main rooms. I don't want people waiting in line at Starbucks. I can't believe people waste their money on that when their education is going on in our rooms. It will be good coffee. Other than that, there's food trucks that will be there as well for the Disney 23. There were 23,000 people at the D23 conventions. Any other questions? No? Let's make this happen! Bye
