Social Media Call to Arms
Several days ago, a social media attack on LuLaRoe began inside the Facebook group- LuLaRoe Defective. With over 35k members, many people decided to participate and take to Twitter and Instagram. Some opening new accounts to do so. Sadly, all 35k didn't rally around the idea, and while there is media watching, the storm isn't strong enough to garner their full attention. LuLaRoe Defective is asking for YOUR help. This past week, MyDyer and LuLaRoe made announcements that the checks are going out. MyDyer went so far as to state that 75% of claims had been handled. We know that number was false. Then, several people started reporting getting responses from MyDyer and LuLaRoe, and being told their claims were being investigated. Others spoke to LuLaRoe's legal team- one such individual claimed that LuLaRoe's in house counsel, Bill stated that the social media outcry was a "problem" for them. But the same questions still remain- "Why aren't people getting their checks that were already approved and promised?" "Why aren't consultants who sent back their inventory getting their checks in a timely fashion?" And now the newest ones- "Why are we getting emails about stop payments on checks that were sent out?" and "If I incur any bank charges because of your mistakes, are you going to reimburse me?" Just when you think the LuLaDrama can't get any deeper, they make yet another blunder and it becomes almost comical. Of course LuLaRoe would have used the wrong information in their check writing. Of course they would stop payments. Of course they would yet again, cause their customers and consultants more financial issues. Those that are being affected are asking you for your help. Take to Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook using the following hashtags: #refundsforalllularoe #lularoe #vision17 #becauseofLularoe Demand to know where their money is. Demand to know when they ALL will be paid every single cent they are owed. Demand answers. If you have a favorite news station, tag them. Many others are also tagging the FBI and the FTC. We need to bring this storm to another level. If you know someone who WAS a consultant, or is getting out, someone who was harmed by this company- either as a customer or a rep, do it for them. I'm providing several images that you may use in your tweets and posts. When you get on there, share and retweet everything you see with those hashtags. It's time to really make an impact here.
