The insurance-covered version of their plan includes a free scale and a free fitbit device. The self-pay version does not.

To find out if your insurance covers the program, you simply enter your email and insurance company in the field at the bottom of the page. I thought it was worth mentioning for those individuals that might have health risks, want to lose weight, or even those that are fighting diabetes already.
