Jamberry in a Jam?

This video, published today by Rachel Huse, Elite leader with Jamberry shows a potential issue within the company. Jamberry, according to a source, was to meld operations with another MLM brand. It appears at this moment, that will not happen. According to this leader, Jamberry has not shipped orders up to four weeks old, and has not been on time with commission payments. Rachel goes on to say that as of today's date, she is under the impression that no one is managing day to day operations. They do not know if Jamberry will continue to pay commissions, or if they will continue to ship product at all. Is this the end of Jamberry?
